The Judge in this case has ORDERED that Defendants’ Motion to Strike, ECF No. 64, is DENIED.

It is very interesting to read the entire 9 pages. The judge could have just not written such a lengthy order but this judge felt the necessity to lay down several facts.

Page 2/3 the judge wrote:

Central to this case, Kalitta’s mandate expressly allowed religious and medical exemptions… But, as alleged, this accommodation was an empty promise.
