KALITTA AIR, LLC and CONRAD KALITTA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Judge in this case has ORDERED that Defendants\u2019 Motion to Strike, ECF No. 64, is DENIED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is very interesting to read the entire 9 pages. The judge could have just not written such a lengthy order but this judge felt the necessity to lay down several facts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Page 2\/3 the judge wrote: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Central to this case, Kalitta\u2019s mandate expressly allowed religious and medical exemptions&#8230; But, as alleged, <strong>this accommodation was an empty promise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The entire 9 page ORDER has been uploaded to this blog for the general public to read and understand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You don&#8217;t have to be a law student to understand what&#8217;s happening here.
